JF-3X
JF-3X X-Ray Crystal Laue Photograph and Orientation Apparatus is a device using Laue back-reflection method by placing the film between the crystal and the radiation source. The incident beams passing through a hole on the film are recorded upon being reflected by the crystal in backscattering where the Bragg’s Law, nλ=2dsinθ, is satisfied with. The shape and size of crystal cells can then be measured so as to achieve orientation and assess perfection of crystals.
