YX-10 X-Ray C-Axis Crystal Boule Orientation Apparatus is especially designed for orientation of sapphire crystal boule. To attain the aim of getting Axis C or other axial direction of crystal ingot, it is necessary to first have orientation of sapphire crystal boule and then to drill ingot through machine.
Features
- Suitable for sapphire crystal boule grown using by KY and heat exchange methods with maximum height (length) of 350mm and 330mm in diameter.
- Goniometer at the fixed angle of 20°50′ is for the measurement of Axis C of sapphire crystal.
